If the client shows a history of multiple (greater than 1) cancellations or rescheduled appointments, the studio has the right to require a non-refundable deposit equal to the full amount of the service at booking.
Appointments can be rescheduled anytime outside of your 48 hour appointment window without penalty. If inside your 48 hour appointment window, the reschedule will be treated like a cancellation and will be charged a $100 cancellation fee.
All cancellation requests must be made outside of the 48 hour window for your appointment.
If your cancellation request is made within the 48 hour window, a $100 late cancellation fee will be charged on the card you have on file.
Currently we do not require a deposit for services. However a card must be put on file in order to book an appointment.
In the event of a no-call/no-show appointment where the client does not show up to an appointment without previously communicating their inability to make it, a $100 late cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file.
If the client wishes to book an appointment after the no-showed/no-called, they will be required to put down a non-refundable deposit equal to the amount of the entire service for their next appointment.
