If the client shows a history of multiple (greater than 1) cancellations or rescheduled appointments, the studio has the right to require a non-refundable deposit equal to the full amount of the service at booking.
This deposit will abide by the same cancellation and rescheduling policies stated above.
We ask that you please give us the same 48 hour window for reschedules as you do for cancellations.
In the event that you must reschedule less than 48 hours from your appointment time, your deposit will still be honored for your new appointment. However, if after rescheduling, you choose to cancel or reschedule the newest appointment, no matter the buffer of time in between, you will forfeit your deposit.
All cancellation requests must be made outside of the 48 hour window for your appointment.
If your cancellation request is made within the 48 hour window, your deposit will be forfeited and you will need to put down an additional deposit if you wish to re-book.
All services require a $50 non-refundable deposit. Upon checkout after the service is performed, this deposit will be subtracted from your total.
In the event of a no-call/no-show appointment where the client does not show up to an appointment without previously communicating their inability to make it, the deposit will be forfeited.
If the client wishes to book an appointment after the no-showed/no-called, they will be required to put down a non-refundable deposit equal to the amount of the entire service for their next appointment.
